I have come to realize that much of my life has been formed around trauma, healing,

and an unquenchable thirst for growth and liberation. The taste of freedom has become my why for committing to the sacred inner work of exploring racial dominance

and healing racial (and other) trauma and oppression.

My work is my commitment to living into my own humanity, dignity, and liberation

and journeying with others who wish to do the same.
